PENTHOUSE NY The Dome The “Police Building” is a converted, luxury residential apartment building that was originally built as the headquarters for the New York City Police Department in 1909. The “Police Building,” as it is known today, is a New York City designated landmark. The dome penthouse apartment epitomizes Landmark Luxury living, and all that it represents. The project took over four years and was a collaboration between architects, engineers and designers.
